Congratulations! Your pilot application for Virtual United Airlines has been accepted. We want to take this time to welcome you to our family and crew and hope you enjoy flying for us. To get started, please read this e-mail carefully as it contains a lot of useful information to help get you off the ground. Again, congratulations and thank you for becoming a part of the Virtual United Airlines family!

Your account has been activated and you may now login with your e-mail address and password that you provided during your application. Please remember that you will have only 7 days to file your first PIREP or you will be removed from the roster and you will have to apply again. Once you complete your first flight, you must file at least one PIREP every 30 days to remain active.

Discord Information
Our Discord server information can be found in your Crew Center after you login on our website. To get access to our Discord server you must link your Discord account to your Virtual United Airlines pilot account. More information can be found on the Discord linking page in your Crew Center. If you are having any issues getting your accounts linked, please reach out to your Hub Manager.

ACARS & Flight Simulator Information
We have several options for our pilots when it comes to simulator compatibility and flight tracking software. With smartCARS v2 we support FSX, Prepar3d, X-Plane and Microsoft Flight Simulator. We do, however, support other tracking software which you can find download links for in your Crew Center.

Please be sure that you have read and understood our Operations Guide first, before anything else!
